Three service pages
Fencing, siding, and rough and finishing carpentry each have their own page and their own photo gallery. Drywall leads on the home page.
Case study · Drywall and carpentry
Drywall work is judged by the finish: straight corners, flat ceilings, no visible joints. So the site for Pahlavan General Contracting leads with photos and makes asking for an assessment take under a minute.
Pahlavan General Contracting, known as PGC Drywall Specialists, installs and finishes drywall (including Level 4 and Level 5 finishes) and also does fencing, siding and rough and finishing carpentry. It works in Vancouver, Burnaby, Surrey, Richmond, Coquitlam and North Vancouver.
We built the first version in January 2026 and came back in August 2026 for a website redesign: we repaired lead capture, SEO and accessibility, moved the form to a dedicated mail service, and added design tokens and new motion. Along the way we also refined the logo.
“Did a fantastic job on my business website, great communication and a little back and forth we dialed the website in to perfection! He even customized my logo a bit more which made it better than my first iteration.”
Fencing, siding, and rough and finishing carpentry each have their own page and their own photo gallery. Drywall leads on the home page.
Vaulted ceilings, finished rooms, fences and siding, with a lightbox and a "show all" toggle so the page stays short on phones.
Name, phone and a message; email is optional. It opens in a modal from any page and sends through Resend with spam protection.
GeneralContractor markup listing six services and only the cities the owner confirmed. An invented service area was removed from the schema in the August pass.
A homeowner or builder lands on the home page and sees finished work straight away. If they need siding or a fence, the service page shows only that kind of job. When they are ready, the assessment button asks for three things, and the phone number is in the header if they would rather call.
Keeping the form short is deliberate. Contractors lose leads to long forms; a name and a phone number are enough for a call back. It is one of the rules we follow on all websites for contractors, together with real photos instead of stock and a phone number that dials on tap.
