About Helper, our AI assistant
Helper is the studio's own product, at helper-ai.org. It sits on your site as a chat window and answers questions about your business using the information you give it: services, areas, hours and policies. When someone is ready to talk, it collects their name and contact details and passes them to you.
It does not replace you, and it should not make promises you would not make. We set it up with your real answers, test it with the questions your customers ask, and adjust it when it gets something wrong. The plan with online booking lets it book appointments in the same conversation.
