Seven service pages
Kitchens, bathrooms, home renovations, basements and suites, property improvements, fencing and pressure washing, each with what is included and its own FAQ.
Case study · Home renovations · Nanaimo
UPGREAT Home Renovations came to us with a slide presentation of the business. Three days of build later the site had 25 pages, a page for every service and every community it covers, and an estimate form that goes straight to the owner’s inbox.
UPGREAT is a renovation company based in Nanaimo. It does kitchens, bathrooms, whole-home renovations, basements and suites, and smaller property work such as fencing and pressure washing, for homeowners from Parksville and Qualicum Beach down to Duncan, and west to Port Alberni.
Renovation clients compare several contractors before they call one, and they search by job and by town: "bathroom renovation Ladysmith", "basement suite Nanaimo". The site needed a page for each of those, plus proof of work and one clear next step. That is the core of our websites for contractors.
Kitchens, bathrooms, home renovations, basements and suites, property improvements, fencing and pressure washing, each with what is included and its own FAQ.
Nanaimo, Parksville, Qualicum Beach, Ladysmith, Duncan, North Cowichan, Port Alberni and Lake Cowichan, each with its drive time from Nanaimo and paragraphs about local housing.
Project pages with a before and after slider, the scope of the job and how long it took.
Validated on the server, protected by a honeypot, a fill-time check and a per-IP limit, and delivered as a branded email. Nothing is stored, which keeps the privacy policy short and true.
Phone number, services, towns, projects and prices live in plain typed files with a guide, so the owner can change them on GitHub. A typo stops the build instead of breaking the site.
HomeAndConstructionBusiness, Service, FAQPage and breadcrumb markup, a sitemap and an llms.txt file for AI assistants.
Someone in Ladysmith searching for a bathroom renovation finds the Ladysmith page, sees that UPGREAT is about 25 minutes away, and moves to the bathroom service page to read what is included. The estimate button is on every page. The form takes a few fields and the owner gets an email they can reply to.
Town pages only help when they say something specific about the town. Ours mention drive time and local housing, not just the name swapped in. It is the same approach we take on our own pages for web design in Ladysmith and Parksville and Qualicum Beach. If you want the same for your business, our local SEO service keeps it working after launch.
